Horn (second from right), dean of the Seventh-Day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University, was awarded the Medallion of Merit, the highest award in education given by the Adventist Church, during commencement at Andrews. Receiving a Citation of Excellence, the second highest award available, were Charles E. Wittschiebe (second from left), retiring professor of pastoral care at the seminary, and Alice G. Marsh (center), chairperson of the home economics department at Andrews. Presenting the awards was Garland Millet (left), associate secretary of the department of education at the Seventh-Day Adventist World Headquartesr in Washington, D.C. At right is Richard Hammill, Andrews president
