Description:Recent acquisitions of the Archaeology Museum at Andrews University include a bronze statuette of Baal, chief god of the ancient Canaanites, and some very rare pottery from Palestine. The exhibit is currently located on the main floor of the James White Library at AU. The statuette is tentatively dated between the 14th and 12th centuries B.C., while the pottery dates to the 16th through 9th centuries B.C
