Mrs. Personius was the daughter of Mary C. Sanes and James H. Eastgate. Her name is Iantha E. Innes [the name Innes is crossed out and Eastgate is written on top of it] Eastgate-Personius. Those sitting are Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Upson beginning at porch , then Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Upson (center), Luther Upson and Steve Sharpstine {cousin of Jesse, Nelson, & Luther}. Standing by porch is Minnie Upson-Davie {daughter of Nelson&sister of Frank}. George Brant stands by Mr. and Mrs. Ely Watson Personius. Frank Upson, Hattie Personius-Upson-Brant-Stone, Mr. and Mrs. Jared Wilson {Sarah Lane Wilson neice of Luther}, with Frank's wife {Louie Howe-Upson} standing back of them. Charley Upson and wife {Lucy Streeter-Upson} and at the end are Mr. {Bee Sharpstine} and Mrs. Eva Starner {Sharpstine}, the boy is Eva Sharpstine's and the girl & little boy are Charley's children. The boy died, the largest girl in front of Nelson is Hattie's girl Julia Upson-Potter, her father was George Upson, a brother of Frank &Minnie. The two girls at the end I think are Minnie's & one of the other girls is Ruth Upson daughter of Frank & Louie, in front of her is Grandpa Upson {in front of} & Jesse is their girl. David Upson was the father of Jesse, Nelson & Luther. Calab Upson (a brother) was father of Kate Bruce Upson Palmer and Will Upson, children by his first wife who was a Bruce girl. Second wife was Sarogh Backer, mother of Hatt or Harris Upson Thompson and Jardee Upson. He married Ida Palmer, half sister to Welcome Palmer who married Kate Upson. J.V. Wilson was Sec. in N.Y. Conference for Tract and Missionary Society in the year 1893. Then sometime after that was sent to Africa as a missionary where he gave his life."
