Visiting the Center

The collections, resources, and artifacts amassed at the Center for Adventist Research will inspire those who visit and do research. The resources at the Center will satisfy the serious academic researcher as well as delight the average Adventist church member and fellow Christians who take time to delve into the exhibits available there. Patrons will come to a better understanding of the rich history of God’s leading in the Advent movement.

The Center for Adventist Research welcomes visitors to view our exhibits. We have a 1,000 ft2 (93 m3) exhibit room as well as several other areas with exhibits. These are open and available for anyone to visit whenever the Center is open to the public. Click to see our hours of operation >>

The exhibits all have descriptive texts and are self-explanatory. If you wish an orientation to the exhibits to know better how to gain the most from viewing them, we can generally provide that during our public hours without advanced arrangements. A tour, meaning guided commentary, is generally not available and requires special arrangements as we do not have staff dedicated to providing tours. Please complete the Tour Request Form and submit it. Tours outside of our public hours may or may not be accepted, depending on staff availability.
